Megan Dynow of DMG Co. was thrilled to reveal earlier this week that the outsourced sales and marketing firm is expanding its telecoms campaign, with the forthcoming launch of a new campaign in Hartford, Connecticut.

DMG Co. Attend Business Development Event in Chicago

On the 1st April Sales and marketing firm DMG Co. attended a special leadership event developed to help professionals and business owners improve existing strategies and become valuable and supportive leaders.

Attended by sales and marketing professionals from all across the U.S. the event will see business owners of all levels come together for a weekend of education and development with the main theme for the event being the importance of continuous learning.

Sir Francis Bacon famously said “Knowledge is power” and DMG Co they are advocates for continued learning, and they promote an environment of development and success.  They believe that the more you know, the further you can go, and for this reason they believe the key to success is a strong student mentality.

Two Directors from DMG Co., Megan Dynow and Kai Patrich were named as keynote speakers for the event in Chicago, which was tremendous recognition for the great work the firm has done in the first financial quarter of 2016.  The day was broken into two sections, with the morning dedicated to the initial stages of entrepreneurship, and navigating the journey to business ownership. Topics covered included; the importance of ‘the why’, focus, having a purpose, planning and preparation, no excuses, remembering ‘the bigger picture’, leadership, management and following through on a plan.

Kai Patrich was selected to speak during the morning section, and spoke on the subjects of having fun at work, enjoying the ride, and the importance of surrounding yourself with great people.  “You are who you surround yourself with is a philosophy I have followed throughout my life.  The entrepreneurial road to success is long and winding and there will be many naysayers who try to drag you down with their negativity.  The key to achieving success is to surround yourself with positive people who share the same passion and enthusiasm as you do, who are on your level and are focussed on achieving success.”  Commented Kai.

After a break for lunch and refreshments, the second half of the day was underway and focussed on business ownership with guest speakers covering topics including; a winning mentality, sales, recruitment, training, development, HR, Administration, Finance and learning how to replace yourself.  With each speaker provided with a topic of expertise to speak about, Megan Dynow was asked to share her knowledge on sticking to the system, being a good student, and following a structure.  “I love being able to pass on my knowledge and help contribute to another persons business development.  I know from personal experience how beneficial these kinds of events are and if was a real honor to be named as a keynote speaker.” Said Megan when speaking about the event.

 

This is the second time the firm has travelled to Chicago in the last two months, previously attending an exclusive business meeting in the city over March 10th to 13th.  They attend conferences and seminars across the country in order to assist with their growth plans.
